Is this legal?

Our products are hemp-derived and sold under the 2018 Farm Bill, which requires 0.3% or less Delta-9 THC by dry weight. State laws vary. We don't ship THCA to AR, ID, MN, OR or RI, so check your local laws before ordering.

Do I need a medical card?

No. You need to be 21 or older.

How is it packaged?

In a plain box with no branding or product details on the outside.

How fast does it ship?

Orders go out within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Friday. Priority Mail usually arrives 1 to 3 business days after it ships, USPS Ground Advantage 2 to 5.

How much is shipping?

Priority Mail is free on orders over $75. Under $75, pick USPS Ground Advantage for $5.99 or Priority Mail for $9.99 at checkout.

Where are the lab reports?

On our Lab Reports page, and linked on product pages where available.

What are Smalls?

Smaller buds of the same grade as our full-size flower, sold at a better per-gram price. They're not shake.

What's the difference between Value, Top Shelf and Exotic?

The same lab testing across the board. Value is our everyday flower at $14.99 an eighth. Top Shelf and Exotic are smaller-run strains with more distinctive flavor and bag appeal.

What if something's wrong with my order?

Email mail@dankacres.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right. See our refund policy.
